Founder, CEO & Skipper
(Dennis Mlivic)
“It started with a high school project back in 2016 just for fun.. & then he just found his path”.
Dennis, from Sweden, is the front person for the company & he is managing all the bookings, sales & marketing. You will find him in the office or on the yachts having fun as skipper. If you ever message or call us, he will be there first to respond. You can read more about his story down below.

Social Media / Marketing
(Fanny Franke)
Fanny, from Sweden, does pretty much everything except sailing. She manages our social media and marketing, but she also steps in to handle sales and admin work when necessary—like a true queen.

Meet Our Skipper
(Linus Schött)
Linus, from Sweden, became a brother & skipper back in 2020. He is a strong duo with Dennis & they are doing everything together during the season. He has a big network of people around the Croatian archipelago & knows all about these secret spots & where the best parties are held.

Meet Our Skipper
(Christian Olsson)
Christian, from Sweden, is our part-time skipper and salesman. He’s technically the oldest in the company, but with his young soul and sharp humor, you’d never guess it. Christian absolutely loves his time in Croatia—probably as much as he loves delivering top-notch service and plenty of laughs along the way!

Meet our freelance skippers
Our local freelance skippers assist us during our floating festivals and retreats, which we organize. We are delighted to collaborate with laid-back and experienced local friends.
”..it’s easy to sail calm seas on a sunny day..”
Our story about how we started &
At the age of 13 he learned to maneuver, sail and navigate a 32 foot sailboat. This evolved into a strong desire to own a boat of his own. He began to work as a model, saving money to achieve this goal as soon as possible. At the age of 14 he bought a small vintage sailboat. Aside from being a skillful sailor, he now learned everything else about the craft by renovating the boat with his father.
This was an important stepping stone to achieving the dream, but all the years of sailing experience at sea was what gave that document value. The now young man had become somewhat of a seasoned sailor, experiencing rough seas and practicing taking the boat to harbor without the help of engine power. He put himself through as many different scenarios as possible to gain confidence at sea. All this would’ve never been possible without his dedicated father, a former submarine captain and well seasoned sailor. His valuable experience was now being passed on to the next generation.
His parents went to Croatia and bought a beautiful 45 foot white Beneteau Oceanis. The boat later named ”Emina” after his mother was intended to be used as a family boat but the young man's entrepreneurial side couldn't be held back. He realized that he could use this as an opportunity to work as a skipper, organize trips and adventures around the Adriatic sea and create unforgettable experiences for people.
Trying to sell trips where he would be responsible for a large boat and 8 other people out at sea wasn’t as easy as he thought. His customers were skeptical of his experience but the young man would not give up so easily, so he worked hard during the winter. Going to personal ”meet and greets”, having long conversations, telling this very story YOU are reading at this moment and building up a strong trust with his customers.
The following summer he rented the Oceanis for six weeks and took 42 people on an unforgettable vacation! All the hours spent studying, all the days spent sailing in harsh Swedish weather, all the hard work was finally paying off and the adventurous little boy was living his dream..
Working even harder for the coming three years he saved up enough to buy a boat of his own, the Legend Hunter 340 named ”Nirvana”. Taking people to mesmerizing places, secret coves, wild beach parties, breathtaking adventures and old cities.
At 20, Dennis loved cruising the ocean in his own boat and showing his guests beautiful Croatia and the best vibes, he was living his best life. But, he soon faced unexpected challenges with his boat and business. These hurdles turned into valuable lessons, pushing him to get better at work all the time.
When Covid-19 hit, expanding the company the way Dennis envisioned became a tough challenge. With people hesitant to book due to the pandemic, he didn't let it deter him from going all in. Despite cancellations, Dennis hit the streets in Croatia, selling day trips and short excursions to those present, shifting gears from the usual weekly trips
Even with Covid-19 affecting tourism in Croatia, Dennis figured out a way to grow his business during these tough times. Yachts were selling cheap because people were scared of high maintenance costs and low income. Dennis took a chance and bought a sailing yacht named Aura. Just two months later, he started filling the boat with guests, and things really took off. This marked a big moment for the company. Linus joined the team, and now they were two guys on two different boats, sailing together and bringing in larger groups for sailing holidays. At this point he also bought a jetski and other water toys to rent out.
After Covid disappeared, things got back to normal (or even better because people missed traveling during the pandemic). Now, we had two boats and two eager guys, Dennis and Linus, looking to grow the business. The catch was, we'd already spent all our money on buying the boats and water toys. That's when Dennis had a smart idea. When both boats were booked for yacht days, he rented extra boats from other people and companies to accommodate more guests. The goal was simple: never have to say "it's fully booked" because our boats were always full. The idea was to bring in as many people as possible so they could share their trip experiences with others when they got back home. That was the plan for growing the business naturally.
This year was a big one for yacht days. We wanted to grow our sailing community by offering something different from the usual sailing trips. We had tested the idea of "floating events" the previous year, and it worked well. So, we decided to keep it going in 2023. This season became special with floating festivals and retreats. Sailing all the boats together with up to 60 people was a new and exciting experience for everyone
